Set up access to your own administration area to take control of your advert. Just enter your name, address and e-mail - and choose your password.		Make sure you make a note of the e-mail address you use and your chosen password - you will need these to access your administration panel to make changes to your advert.

We have created a simple form to make it easier to give details of your holiday property -

	General Description of Property: with good details of accommodation available; lounge, dining area, kitchen (including equipment) bedrooms, bathroom, shower room WC's.
	Outside: terraces, balconies, gardens, BBQ area, pool etc…
	Around and About: things to do in the immediate area (perhaps within 10 kms), shops, places to visit, amenities available.
	Further Afield: places to go and things to do when making a car journey.
	How to get there: explain how easy it is to get to your property. Add the Sat.Nav. coordinates for your Google map.
	Booking Arrangements: any useful information you want to give visitors – Arrival / Departure times, what is provided (linen, baby cots, electricity / gas) cleaning arrangements, suitable or not for pets, smoking rules…
	Prices: What is or is not included in the price, requirements for Deposit and payment, Breakage deposit...
	Seasons: Add the months and associated prices

The format of the form should help you get your thoughts together and think of what you need to write, and in what order.

Before completing the form you will find it easier to write the text using your favourite Word Processor. Then, once you're happy with what you have written, copy and paste the text into the various boxes you see on the form. Don't worry - the text does paste in the boxes - there's no need to paste twice.

Spend some time and write the text that best describes your property. The description, together with the photographs, is what is going to attract visitors, so it needs to be good. You should write probably between 500 to 800 words. Use the headings on the right as the flow of your description - these are the headings on the form you will use.

To avoid legal problems all photos you send must be free of any copyright.

Select your best photos to upload. Choose plenty of interior and exterior shots. Potential visitors like to see photos of the lounge, dining areas, bedrooms and bathrooms.

For the outside send photos of terraces, balconies, gardens, BBQ area, pool - all the essentials that will make people want to spend their holiday there.

If you have any good digital photos of the region or places to visit near your property, then send those too. They will add interest to your advert. They will help you choose and work with your photos before you upload them.

Once you are happy with your new advert you're ready to go live. Don't worry if you think you should change something - you can make changes at anytime. The important thing is to make your advert live so potential visitors can see it.

Clicking on the link takes you to the PayPal secure website where you can pay for your listing, either with your PayPal account or Visa card. All payments are made using the PayPal Secure Website so there are no worries about security.

No matter how well you describe your holiday property, it's the photos that will decide whether people make a booking with you. Naturally people want to see what the property is like and good photos will help sell your property as a holiday destination. With modern digital cameras it really is child's play to take good quality photos.


	Take photos of ALL the accommodation - living room, kitchen, each bedroom, bathrooms and any other rooms available.
	Take photos from different angles and choose the best.
	Get in as much of the room as your camera lens allows - stand in a doorway or with your back pressed against a wall.
	It's often difficult to take photos in small rooms like bathrooms and shower rooms - so take vertical shots.
	Use flash indoors, particularly if you are taking photos shooting against a bright sunny window
	Hold the camera still to avoid blurry photos - support yourself against a wall or use a tripod.
